How an acquisition review works

    Share the property or portfolio information. Every submission is reviewed individually by our team.

  2. We review and walk it

    If it fits, we'll ask follow-up questions and arrange to see the property, coordinating around tenants where needed.

  3. Written offer, agreed close

    We put a no-obligation offer in writing, subject to inspection, and close on a timeline that works for both sides.
